The rooms are pet-friendly and spotless, complete with 2 queen beds. The location of the hotel is comfy, near stores and restaurants. Courteous people welcome you in.

The hotel had an easy and nice location in a safe area. Besides, it was next to the entertainment center and multiple areas and stores & resturants.

The room here is spacious and pet-friendly, featuring an oven and a comfortable queen bed, while the location is conveniently close, just a 10-15 minute walk from a casino with a New York City theme.

The rooms are large and modern here with bathroom, bed unmade, a futon. The location is nice and comfy, in a really unkempt area. We have to thank outstandingly accommodating staff for a pleasant stay.

It was a smoking room, but the condition was filthy. Bathroom not clean, floor hadn't been cleaned probably for weeks. A old coffee filter in coffee pot...had to pay 150.00 cash deposit, plus charged us the 3 nights in advance, we left Sunday morning couldn't take another night...didn't read anything about 150.00 cash deposit...people be warned....A DUMPHa

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great TV and cozy beds. The location was convenient and the staff treated us well, ensuring our privacy and providing helpful service.

It seemed to be popular place witch made it hard to get to sleep before 11pm. All and all for the price and cleanness I would stay their again.

The fridge was not wiped out, one bed light had no working bulb or outlet for cord near bed, chair in room looked dirty and had soiling on it. Bathroom ceiling vent was covered in lint and dust, bathroom sink had no drain stopper. Heater smelled like it was burning when you used. Carpet didnt feel clean to walk on and wore socks whole time. As little as possible seemed provided for the free continental breakfast and food and juice was promptly removed at 9am (juice machine shuts off so you cant get refills after 9am). Our room smelled like top ramen cooking in one corner. All foreign staff with heavy accents.

The hotel is not located in a clean scenic area or in a nice neighborhood. However, it is secure in a bad neighborhood. The rooms are old and grimy, with rips and tears in the carpet and claw marks on the doors. The bathroom has a strong smell of bleach and there is mold along the outside corners of the tub. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and come with a fridge and microwave.

The hotel does not provide any breakfast, despite it being included in the stay.

The room looked like it was from the 60's. The carpet was just as old, thread bare and stained. Looked like a big blood stain on wall. It had a terrible stench. Booked it for 2 nights but only stayed one and they wouldn't refund second night.
